Voting is democracy in process...but it is a nail biter

Ciel, I think this election process has caused a lot of stress for everyone.  I voted by mail but a lot of the people I know went to the polls and they waited a long time to vote.  I was thankful that everything went smoothly for the people in line.  The last thing we need is people getting hurt while they are trying to vote.  I'm not sure who is going to win but I will respect the President no matter who it is.  I hope you have a good day!

The divided nation is what bothers me the most.

You are absolutely correct, it does matter who wins, and it comes down to an individual's personal reasons. While I respect each person's reasons, for us, our biggest concern is remaining employed until retirement, and one candidate plans to take away thousands of jobs. At our age, it is hard to start over. As for voting, I was forced to use the provisional voting ballot due to my mail-in ballot not showing up in the mail.
