I have discovereed as well that transactions like that can really disturb my day as well. I am glad that I have a wonderful son in Australia who manages to take care of most of my international problems.

Sad, but true. I have been there.
As much as I hate to admit it, functioning in this world without money is near impossible and banks have a lot of control over our money. I am glad to hear that you got it all sorted out.
