- Go to DAWN, NOVEMBER 1
I can see the light shining from the top of the house across two meadows every winter all winter. it is so bright, and yes it is back. Stay quiet and at home tomorrow. I am worried for all my dear friends.

I would love a piece of pie. Are you baking one?
My favorite is blueberry crumble.

I love your post! It reminded me of a Maxfield Parrish painting in the beginning. Then it went on to sound like California on a good day. And then it became my own home, where I am not listening to much on TV this week. Short spurts and I'm done. And I have other things to think about, like - will I have a kitchen this week or will it need to be ripped out? Be well.

I stayed inside for our Halloween. I only went out long enough to replenish the bowl.

I Know Pat and any day now we shall get a frost and that means 200 Dahlia clumps to cut down and stuff into gren bins. I am not looking forward it.

The same here. November has always been my least favorite month.
I will take the sun and mild temps, but I know that it will be anything but reasonable. Your posts gives me hope that this year will not be as bad as some in the past. I am not a fan of chilly, cold evenings unless I can be indoors. I am a morning person, so I am good with the early light.
