kasperhoe, thanks for your comment.A reflection could be an image, a thought or a moment in time....all transient, fleeting....we can't grab or keep them....they slip away like life itself....only the almost zen like moment we have "in the present"is precious.❣️

Very nice poem
I really like this poem.
And still, I can't stop wondering what this reflection might be. Because, as soon I reached the end, and it was "flushed away", I got kind of sad, because I couldn't grab it and keep it for while.

Beautiful imagery. Mirrors are deceptive in many ways. They are liars too.
Mirrors are eerily special that way. They are portals for our deepest fears and our utmost fantasies.
