Police recovered propane tanks, torches, and possible dynamite sticks from the van Wednesday and it is unclear if anyone has been arrested in connection with the vehicle.

Sassy, I think monster is a good word to describe those that take the law into their own hands in the name of what is right. It makes no sense to destroy something and hurt businesses and people.

Sassy, after what happened this year in Cleveland I'm afraid that after the elections the riots will start again. I simply cannot imagine what people are thinking when they involve themselves in these misguided events. They only make things worse and cause so much destruction and loss of life. Where they are coming from I just don't know. They destroyed a whole section of downtown Cleveland and to my knowledge it changed nothing but it did cost a lot of money to fix. It was just like the Hough riots. They burned buildings for days on end.
