something must have happened to change him. Maybe when he was young his Mother's insecurities made him believe the only way to survive was to bully. I hope he grew up to enjoy his life.

Wow! Mitch sure did a roundabout when he got older. I must say thank goodness for that. I always feel sorry for kids that are bad because it's so obvious something is wrong somewhere. I'm thinking possibly it was at home. Great post!

Our school had a few bullies too. I guess that most schools do.
I have wondered before if they are abused kids acting out the only way that they know how to do. In all, it is a really sad situation for everyone involved. Society does not benefit from them so it is good that Mitch got in touch with his nicer side while he still could. I suspect that he had an overbearing mother from what you described during that after school episode. Hopefully, he is today alive and well.
