shamasehar, thank you so much for the comment.  Japan must be really beautiful this time of year.  I really do hope I get my dishwasher fixed soon!  Thanks!

It's hot and humid here...I love the fall season, last year I visited Japan just to enjoy the picturesque fall there...

Hope your dishwasher is fixed soon...it is indispensable.

Re:

Taps, I'm staying in too!  It looks dreary outside and the rain is still coming down.

Very cloudy and wet in KC.  I think I'll stay in today.

Ciel, thank you so much for your comment!  Cleveland weather is not for the faint of heart.  It can be nice one day and then the next all hell can break loose.  I've lived through floods, blizzards, heat waves and sunny weather too!  I wouldn't trade it though because this is the place to be in the fall.  It's an exciting time of year.  We've got cooler temps, beautiful scenery, and all the fun things that go with fall.  That is until this year because of the COVID.  What can I say!

Of course it's raining. It's Cleveland. It rains every month in Cleveland, even in the winter: Sometimes it snows, but it also rains. I remember that about Cleveland.

Once, when I was unsure, I said to the Universe as I walked across campus in the rain, "Give me three sunny days in a row, and I will never doubt there's a God again." It cleared that afternoon, and, counter to all weather forecasts, it was sunshine for the next three days. Then it rained again. And I have kept my promise, though I've continued to grow in my understanding of what God is.

Another thing--October and Ohio are made for each other. I envy your being there for those perfect, misty, leaf-scented mornings of autumn!
