I tried caviar on a cruise back in 75. I didn't care for it at all. It was very salty.

Re: Like Gypsy, I enjoy some ethnic and exotic food.
Mediterranean cuisine, jerk chicken, and Indian food with curry are my favorites.

I've never had caviar and wonder what it tastes like. I do know it's very expensive. Sushi is good but I'm always afraid to eat it in case something is wrong with it. I know that's silly but now one cannot be too careful with food.

Not a sushi fan, but I will eat caviar. I like pheasan, bison, and ostrich isn’t bad, so yes, some ethnic foods or exotic foods are good, to my palate.
