Age is just a number
Oh my goodness I love this!!! Thank you so much for your update! I was worried about your friend. I really believe that age is just a number and because seniors have lived longer they have insight on how to make circumstances better for one and all! I also think that sometimes they care just a little bit more. I think the elevator is a great example!!!

Calling this woman a hero is right - beyond right. I wonder how many
folks with a number of years under their belts are showing courage, taking care of others and generally defying the assumptions some people make about seasoned elders. Loved this story and your adaptation of the song, TAPS!
