I know noise can be very distracting. At dinner time this house is very chaotic. It's hard to write then so I wait till everything quiets down and the dishes are done and everything is put away.

Good luck to you with your efforts despite the noise.
I am often misinterpreted by a few narrow-minded folks who cannot get past the ghost stories that I investigate and write about and see that it is something that interests me rather than my total way of life.
