Sassy, I've never used dill? Does it really add to the dish? I absolutely love celery seen in everything.

I also add diced celery, green onions, pickle relish, a teaspoon of ground mustard, salt & cracked black pepper.

There is Mexican oregano.
I prefer Italian oregano. Greek oregano is similar to Italian.

It is a beautiful day here today.
I may try to talk Johnny boy into a walk later when he gets home. I am making him his favorite soup today. Chicken noodle soup with extra carrots. I use both small noodles and big egg noodles. I am also going to make chicken salad for me, and I will pack John chicken salad sandwiches for his lunch tomorrow.
