Sassy, Roy always eats when he gets home from work right after 3:00. I like the ribs made like this because they are so soft and easy to eat with not that much mess.

FSI, thank you so much for your comment, I did decide to make boneless ribs and they are in the oven baking now. I added lots of spices along with peppers and onions from the garden. The house smells so good!
