I am drinking tea now.  I drink mostly herbal teas.  I'm being more careful now as I am having more trouble with my A-fib.

Have you thought of switching to tea? Some teas are not quite as caffeinated as others.

While I was staying with adnohr I let down my guard and had my morning coffee. It was so good and although I wasn't sleeping well That was because Mr Graysome was unsettled. Try just one coffee in the morning to keep that BP more normal.

Well Taps a pity we cannot change taste buds, I don't always like coffee.

I must admit the tea tastes a bit different somehow. Tea bags probably . One cannot beat it made in the pot. Occasionally I open a tin of condensed milk and then coffee 

tastes OK. Of course it is a different world for you, but one has to make the most of it, take care.

It sounds very familiar. Coffee is just too good to pass up.

The next time that you get hyper from the cofffee overdose just grab a feather duster. The productivity along with the dance moves will burn a few calories and your house will thank you for it.

Finding the happy medium is not easy these days. I'm glad you got a

reprieve from the blahs.  Maybe you could find some half-caff. I've stuck to none at all or decaf for the past month too - it's tougher as the weather turns glum and colder.  Be safe.
