Keri, well, Blogit was changed from "Blogging Network"
A bit over 6 months or so ago, so that's what we were commenting on...it being "BN" It wasn't BN.com, but it sure was kinda weird when the site name changed!  (Many of us must be afraid of change!!)

old news, but...
FWIW, perhaps the abbreviation "bn" is too much like bn.com, the barnes & noble online bookseller. As a newbie to blogit, I like blogit better.

Mahnarch, I'm Hot? Why, thank you and
I, too can't help calling it the "BN"  It's hard not to, ya know?!

I preferred BN to Blogit.

Blogit sounds to.......Campy.

Like a highschool clique.

I usually refer to our group as 'The BN' still.

and I probably will for some time.

I still call 'Homegirl' Dreah.

I'm kinda conventional that way.

ps. You're hot.

Scriber, you're so damn cute!
I usually DO understand your posts! Just not that particular comment. You explained it and now I understand what you meant. Thanks.  I still like BN better, though. I'll adjust!

hi doll, judging from your posts, you're plenty smart; I probably do not
speak in a clear cut manner about 99.5 percent of the time.  Sorry.  I think I meant that the name of the entity is not too important, in my opinion.  I like BN because I thought BN Times had a more smoothing sound than Blogit Times.  But I changed from BN Times to Blogit Times.  I may change back.  I like BN Times better, but since I'm usually writing about posts I thought it better to be up to date, I guess. In my mind I seem to say Blo-git Times when I should be saying Blog-it Times.  Again, it is the content not the cover which is important here.  Hope I have explained myself.  And I definately need to read more of the better writing, including your posts, to get this clairty thing on a more, how you say, understandable level.  You're not the first to say, wha tha, fuck is he talking about.  love Scriber.

Thanks Sass, I agree...

But Scriber, I'm a bit confused as to what you mean by your comments. ??  If you answer the questions, it may make more sense to me. (Me not vawwy smawt, ya know)

Good question Spitfire
I have to say that if something ain't broke, then why fix it? I don't understand why they changed the name, and yes, it sounds like a teenage chat room or something like that.
