Re: Goldiec

The lifetime experience of the generations are the golden hits of American family history. I was raised with frequent extended family contact.

That's it, with a yellow ribbon tied around the old oak tree, enjoying without broader inflation than the cost of living, the inflation of life itself, with family tradition ignored for a flat culture of issues, without the priority of looking out for #1️⃣. The latter's beautiful, with issues, tithing rather than socialism. And being ourselves.

every country every city town and village will have good and bad people. Distance is the worst problem in families. I miss mine but it was my decision to come to Canada.

There will always be good people, they do not make ripples.

I think the American Family plays a strong role and that includes extended family. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins. They have the ability to make strong family ties and teach children what is right from what is wrong and what is acceptable and what is not. Sometimes Grandparents have to play the part of parents and that's okay too. They've lived longer and experienced more about life.

The cure for protests and shootings is bringing back family traditions.
Education, strong families who teach their kids when they are young to be kind, and compassion and respect for other people's opinions.
