I always cook like this and then I freeze some for days when I really don't feel like cooking. Like on the really hot days!

Re: John is the Italian. I never knew about this until I met him.
He was from a family of eight, so no surprise that they made pots of food that would feed an Army. Thankfully, he has scaled it down a bit these days.
