I am not good at meditation and letting my mind stop so that I can hear my God. No she usually has to shout in my head to get me to understand

I would do well to turn my scanner off once in awhile.
I am always tuned in to the channel with the highest frequency.

Awesome words
Your words clarify so much in the world and I think sometimes we need to stop and center ourselves on what matters right now. I read somewhere about how important it is to be in the moment. I think that is true. Thank you for sharing this.
