What advantage or benefit is it to the student to be treated like that? Yes, we all need to learn responsibiities but maybe a policy like the credit would be cut in half for being late, or a certain percentage would have been better. So sorry.

That would have been one of the times that I would have gone straight to the headmaster when my Son's were in school. I know there has to be a cut of time etc but that was all too harsh in my humble opinion. ( I always marched to the head master if I didn't think that one of my boys didn't get a fair deal.

Re: Teacher
Corbin, I agree with you! The teacher was a Chump! He could have been at least a little bit nicer.

If I had been asked I would have told you to try to turn it in and hope for the best. I thought the teacher could have been a little more understanding and at least say a few kind words to you.

It must have been quite an ordeal at the time. Sometimes things come to a head ,I hate it when there are two ways it can go.

I have to agree with your dad in that it never hurts to try.
I am surprised by your admission. I would have guessed you to be a highly organized person. You always seem to be on top of things and you have a sharp memory. Organization is one of my strongest skill sets, especially when it comes to my home.
