After she described it to me, I no longer care to go on one. I will stick to a car or an airplane.

That's pretty creepy. I never thought about it. I myself have never gone on a cruise. I would like to do so one day.

When you go to shore you can get great wines for great prices, but you have to turn them over to the ship and they give you your purchases back when you get back to the US port!

I have been on quite a few cruises and enjoyed most of them to the Max. However with price hikes and the Pandemic plus feeling older my cruise days are over. That morgue is the last straw for me!!

I've been on over 20 cruises...Very popular for senior citizen groups! For me, it is the worst, most boring thing I've ever done. Two thirds of the trip is on the open ocean, There's nothing to see!
Yeah, the food is great if you want to dress up. I don't really drink, so why pay $5 for a bottle of beer or $10 for a mixed drink.
$10 an hour for internet access. The only positive point I was making money off of each and every one of the 150+.

She loved it, but it is nice to know the skinny of the downside of a cruise. After all, they aren't cheap.
