I wish you the very best. These are hard times but we will all make it through one step at a time. So many people here are without work but they say our unemployment is down so I don't understand that. A lot of business has closed down for good.

That's a good thing , I don't honestly think it would make sense to increase rents at this stage.

Brighter times are ahead. Landlords are very leery about increasing rents since the publicity would be so negative.
