sometimes one is pushed beyond their limit. Humans are flawed creature, not heavenly beings! Well i am flawed anyway. i try so hard to cultivate the kinder aspects of my nature and then some one really upsets me and there goes my temper. LOL.

Yep, I agree that human nature naturally makes us strike back when attacked
The high road is the better option, but the low road allows for the steam to be blown off.
