That same Teacher tried to get a pair of human hands for us to work on...no way Jose'...I went to the Principal on that one....she had to "keep her hands to herself"!

Our Biology teacher was an spinster who offered a lecture on picking your
partner based on who would produce the best children.

Of course I never knew such courses existed. The only one off was shorthand and it seemed easy to learn, well when one is young.

I enjoyed Biology especially the lab work when I was a nursing student. However the lectures went into such fine detail of every aspect of anatomy I used to get lost some times.

I failed regular biology because I had a teacher who could not teach. I transferred out of that class and got a C in Honors Biology.

I'm sorry but I love the class until we walked into the classroom and there were 6 very cold cats, one on each of our 6 tables.
Nope, not gonna happen!

I remember a time when I thought the same thing.
I am talking about not needing science in my life. I too have since changed my attitude about that. I also used to say that I wasn't going to be a carpenter, accountant or a math teacher, so why do I need math? That attitude has also changed. Btw...I would have bombed that test. You are the man.

Rigorous science course is an understatement.
Biology was my worst class...EVER!
