I don't remember ever having a Teddy Bear when I was a child, but I had a Baby Doll, and a Cewpie Doll and a stuffed monkey my Auntie made for me out of a pair of boot socks.

Teddy is the sweetest friend of all.
He deals with being dragged around, pulled, pushed, and he never once complains even though the finger in the belly button and the missing button eye are pushing the boundaries of friendship.

Childhood was a time of feeling free and not having to worry as much about manners as one does with adults. I do prefer manners, though. Keeps thing nice and in order.
