I would prefer to collect my mail here at home but Wiley had given up by the time I came here. The mail is stolen or thrown around or torn up. Not always but enough to make it not a good idea to collect mail at home. ...and yes the mail box is expensive.

WE get enough junk mail but delivery is only every two days since the virus.

I have only ever had one P.O. Box

We used to live in the small community of Star Junction where mail was only delivered via P.O. Box. Other than that, I agree that there is no need for one unless you have a seperate business that is conducted from your residence.

I had one for my travel business...When I was out of town in a trip, mail (Mostly payments) would fill up our mailbox.  So I got a box at the little post office 2 miles from my house where I could pick up those checks 24 hrs a day.
