I don't believe that anything will stop drug corruption.
People are going to do what they want if they want it bad enough. Drugs are a hard issue to go up against. Awareness and education is helpful for those who want it, but you have to want it.

I look at the education system as needing to be refined. So much money gets eaten up by the bureaucracy. We can do a lot more with less bureaucracy.
I don't believe the education system correlates to drug corruption. Drugs are sadly in every walk of life.

A great write, Bill. Crack is a scourge, or was. There are probably new designer drugs now.They're all bad. It's got to be hard to be in law enforcement these days. Education is the way, the parents are the way, society is the way, family and peers are the way - it takes a village to fight this battle. It's so tragic.
