It’s another case of people not understanding the artist and the history, just as with the Land o Lakes Indian Maiden. If the time has come to move on, that chioce is even worse, imho. While the idea to honor the airmen is good, one of the surviving men very politely and diomatically said more discussion would be nice.

As long as they do not choose the Red Tails. It challenges stereotypes.
