Pacific Heights was a 1990 thriller where Keaton played a a sinister role as the tenant from hell. Melanie Griffith played the wife of a neighboring tenant. Keaton tormented the couple beyond all stretch of the imagination. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0100318/

Beetlejuice is an awesome movie. It's amazing how Keaton went from being Beetlejuice to Batman.
