well, the communication process must start somewhere, and most probably would start with words, and the closer the dialect to the one to whom the message is addressed, the better. How do you get the message to the intended receiver, otherwise? when making a judgement, language is not strictly necessary, you can read the soul directly, but you can not convey information unless you exercised telepathy first. Right?
