Love the picture too. Wonderful that the street is still the same. I prefer shopping in small stores too, and usually do.

The Pic was somehwere late victorian: 1890's. The street is exackly the same now, just the road markings have changed. Steve.

I love this old photo. I would step right into it if it were possible.
I enjoy and support the old mom & pop stores, but they are slowly dying because of Ebay, Amazon, Wish, Walmart, and other online sellers. Sad.

well I do buy the odd book on Amazon and sell the odd book too but i don't shop otherwise there nor do I ever go near Wallies World.
