As you know West Hollywood has huge Pride Parades. But it’s very far to drive there through LA traffic. A good mama you are, showing support.

Good for you. Pride Month is a really celebrated event in our area.
My husband and I also attended our first gay pride parade last year with my oldest daughter and her wife to show our support. I experienced much of what you did and I never felt more welcome by a group of friendly people. Pittsburgh has a pride parade every year that draw's in thousands of visitors. never once has it ended in an ugly way. There is plenty of entertainment, great food, and people who just genuinely want to be accepted for how they were born and now live their life.
