he was before his time. I have been watching U tubes building and living in tiny houses...just for fun. I don't think that one of those is for me.though.

Re: That sounds like my brother's neighborhood in the outskirts of Boston.

Although he is currently working in Washington D.C. where the rent is some neighborhoods is also astronomical.

Some of the nicer homes in the village are the Carriage Houses.   They rent for around $20,000 a month and most are for sale for around an average of $5 million.

Today they go for $10,000 to $30,000.

The things folk will do, I expect he could have bought a nice building plot for peanuts in those days/ Sassy my Dad sold building plots for £120 pounds when I was a lad.I expect each plots would make quite £150K  on todays market
