Thicker, more meaty, less fat, and it isn't cooked until it is a crisp. Actually I think that the english may have learned the art of cooking a real breakfast from the Scandinavian countries. Probably Sweden.

hmnnnnn i love bacon but not the way canadians and Americans enjoy it. Australia follows the UK way.
