They've determined that the cell or spore can stay floating in the air for quite a while.

Re: Corbin

Yes it is so sad, this virus has turned most things upside down. It does appear that some children have been affected. It makes one wonder how many have come into contact and show no symptoms.

I don't remember the one about kissing a blarney stone and falling into a pyramid.

Sorry for your troublesome toe!  How cranky our bodies get over time!

Genies are not to be trusted, one must be very specific when making requests!

My deepest apology for I really don't remember. See one can keep on recycling stuff here none of us collectively seem to have much of a memory. I do love the poem although lead horse shoes seems a bit rough. I suppose the genie was upset that his bottle was crushed even though he was imprisoned in it. But of course some people make an art of having something to be nasty about.

Thanks for resharing the poem. It's nice to be able to catch entries that we missed.

Are things getting worse over there?  We are not getting outbreaks among children now over here.  It called....Coronavirus: Children affected by rare Kawasaki-like disease.

Doctors are describing it as a "new phenomenon" similar to Kawasaki disease shock syndrome - a rare condition that mainly affects children under the age of five. Symptoms include a rash, swollen glands in the neck, and dry and cracked lips.

But this new syndrome is also affecting older children up to the age of 16, with a minority experiencing serious complications.

A genie, a church, a talking horse. What fun.

You are 100% right when you say an ingrown toenail is not fun.

I had one once, had to have the nail removed. It was as much pain as childbirth - walking on that inflamed toe - and there was no baby to show for all the trouble when it was done with.  I hope yours improves to perfection and you never have another issue with it.

You never know what you might find on the beach.

A genie, horse, beer, or a ghost. I feel lucky when I find a sand dollar, but I would prefer to find the genie.
