It possibly stems from the deep history, the many wars fought on our soil, and from the Native American's who once lived here. It is one of the most haunted states in the U.S., but the most haunted ones are those that are housed with New England. New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut have quite a lot of paranormal activity.
