In Pennsylvania you do not see much water waste either due to the amount of rain that we get, there is no need for sprinklers.

We can’t wash cars here unless it’s with a bucket of water. No hosing them down.

In Australia if you live in a town or a city it is illegal to wash your car in your drive way. The product used and the waste of water that runs into the city sewage via the gutters.
