In Pennsylvania you do not see much water waste either due to the amount of rain that we get, there is no need for sprinklers.

No, nothing to do with that. Thanks. It is because they are very strict on water usage here. Always as if in a drough situation.

We can’t wash cars here unless it’s with a bucket of water. No hosing them down.

Well I never washed mine very often, the last time it was £8.

In Australia if you live in a town or a city it is illegal to wash your car in your drive way. The product used and the waste of water that runs into the city sewage via the gutters.
