Dear Sweet TAPS
Please feel free to remove my previous comment and picture. I apologize, as it seems to have ruined others comments by taking up too much space.
You are such a kind and thoughtful lady. Ribcage was blessed with the best of mothers. Perhaps because of your care and love he felt enough at peace when you went to bed to make the journey home. We all care deeply about you and have come to know Ribcage through you. Our sympathy and hearts go out to you and your family. When it all seems like too much, consider remembering the smiling faces of your beautiful grandchildren and great—grandchildren. They need you. I’m so deeply sorry for your pain and the loss of your son(s). Prayers are all I have to offer to help.

Darling Taps. Copy and keep my little post if it brings you some peace. I am just so sad. Never feel that you shouldn't have gone to bed. I am sure Ribcage was at peace, he may have needed for you to not be there when he crossed that bridge feeling it would be too difficult for you. I nursed so many people through their last moments. Some wanting family. Some even wanting my hand, and yes some waiting for family to leave so that they could go. You have our love always....both Wiley's and mine.

I'm so sorry, TAPS. My heart goes out to you and the rest of your family. A mother should never be faced with losing two sons during her life.

Taps I am so sorry!
Taps. I don't know what to say other than I am so sorry for your loss. It's been 7 years now Since Joe Love had his heart attack...what do we say. He was 16 years younger than I. Why does it happen.
We can do nothing...but we do come together, talk about all of the memories, and give our loved one the proper send-off. God bless you and I pray that the process will be as easy on you as possible!

I am so sorry, Taps... I hope the peace Jesus promised brings comfort.
I love that your son so kindly told you to get some sleep and gave you a wave.
Be well.
