William is a former employee in jail. Unfortunately, some of the prisoners have gotten COVID-19 from the CO's.

Here a young guy was released two weeks early. No test, just released. He said was feeling guilty that he may have infected someone if he proved positive for the virus. He got tested, though he is asymptomatic, I think. He is COV positive and said how hard it would be to live with himself if anyone dies because of him not knowing he was positive.
