CNN continues to fall from its Clinton News Network days...Shuttering grocery stores to foot traffic would be a big mistake, I feel. I can't see curbside pickup and online delivery running efficently where I'm at in Maryland.

Re:

They will expand your way eventually.  They're probably setting up their distribution center!

Krogers had toilet paper in..  2 4-pack limit.   I still have 2 cases up in the attic 150 rolls in each.

I have to work all of the delivery systems and then STILL need my daughter to get items like paper towels and TP. The last order from Instacart has not arrived yet. It's been over 2 weeks. Vons/Safeway is scheduled to come today but not everything arrives that's been ordered. Target is filling in with an arrival today of toiletries. Amazon has many things unavilable in our zip code but is good for what they do have. I had to order glvoes from Sally Beauty, a hair and beauty  supply company. They are sold out of some sizes though. Peanut butter is NOT AVAILABLE.

Basically, here you HAVE to go to the store for some things.

I'm lucky I'm about 7 miles from one of Amazon's largest distribution centers.  I get my orders the next morning and my groceries were cheaper than Kroger's prices.

Corbin it is almost impossible to get an on line delivery in the normal way. I checked the store from which I always dealt. The answer was we are booked until June.

So fortunately the older scouts now deliver to older folk if one orders by telephone.

Also Archie has been a good mate, he helps me to grow flowers. Of course that is dead now, but we still potter around.

I just got back from Kroger's,  The have all the carts wiped down with alcohol, everyone's wearing masks, they have boxes at check out lanes to ensure the proper spacing.

And they even have toilet paper!
