The stressors of dealing with new ways to cope, fears of doom/harm coming to us or our loved ones, compiled with a sense of panic and feeling powerless - not in control of our lives, are tiring. Also if one has suffered a trauma in the past that response is triggered again and we go into defense mode, albeit sometimes unconsiously. This is part of what makes us tired, according to some pros in the field.

Re: Awe, I am so sorry to hear this, C_C_T...one day at a time.

Since the COVID-19, I have had days where I just want to stay in bed all day, but life is short and needs to be lived each day like it is our last.

My trouble is I just do not feel like getting up to face the day, but I keep telling myself(You will be O.K. Once you are up.)

Re: Lol...the same here.

Luckily, I am fairly hyper, and I have a high metabolism, so my calories burn back off pretty quickly.

I don't know what the problem is...I have 3 laptops and 1 tower computer..and nothing shows up on any of them????
