He practiced what he preached and we are all better off for it, perhaps. I do hope his children had enough to live on. I couldn’t in good conscience spend, say, $500,000 for a dess and $4,000 for shoes and and another 5 grand for a bag to go to a dinner for $50,000 a plate and then spend the night in a $10,000 a night villa repeatedly when kids down the road are in tatters, sick and hungry.

to me it is obscene to see the very rich collecting more and more of the World's wealth while others cannot afford proper health care, education or even enough food.I do like the sound of this philanthropist.

That sounds like it would be an interesting read, especially with income equality being a buzz phrase that is discussed often along with unfettered capitalism.
