- Go to Return to Normal is the last thing we need.
I have been ruminating about this quite a bit. I will have to research how Venice behaved after their plagues.

I do agree, sadly we have taken every thing that suits us for normal.
It may be a long time before we can even think about the old ways.

Being isolated can be okay, as long as it's not taken to extremes.
Solitude, the freedom to daydream or dawdle - not always a bad thing. I've lived the experience of raising kids, of not having 5 minutes alone even in the bathroom, of always having someone at you, making demands - on the job, at home. I miss the hurly burly sometimes, the funny things that happen, the excitement a kids discover something new. But the fear that goes with this time of distancing - I would like that to pass. In my version of the new normal, I'd edit that out.

Your words are powerful and hold a lot of weight.
You are correct. We ALL have to change as witnessed by the fact that we were nowhere near ready for this pandemic.

Re: FSI,
It's an opportunity to make some choices, to push along our own ideas of the world we want to be living in!

It's going to be interesting to see what the aftermath is.
