I did telehealth over the weekend

I have had a lower respiratory infection for 6 weeks now. Thought it was over and then Friday evening back with a vengeance. I called Medical Care and was told doing telehealth. The triage nurse called me for symptoms and then directed me to the provider. The provider then called me listened to my symptoms and ordered another antibiotic.

Well it was a pleasant trip even if you stayed at home. I am afraid we will have to make do and mend with a lot of things for a while. Glad that you are doing OK.

I'm afraid I do it--lick my thumb to turn the page. I'be done it all my life. Yuck!
I do have to go in, though, when the stay-at-home order is lifted, for blood work in their lab. I haven't had that done for quite a while.

It's a good idea in such times. Alternate ways have to be found to carry on with life.

It's amazing just how much our lives have changed in short order with the Coronavirus. My dad had a Facetime appointment with his doctor because of a rash.

It sounds like a workable solution to do it by phone when there are no

alarming symptoms to be seen to. I believe the waiting room magazines are likely full of all kinds of germs. Ever seen people lick their fingers while turning pages?

I had a female dermatologist....i could not stand her. Very bossy, when you wanted a refill on a prescription, she insisted on you coming into the office so she could charge me for a visit.
