We lived in Cali on three different occasions. The homeless were in epic numbers. San Francisco had people living in tents and cardboard boxes. Then we made the mistake of visiting Hunters Point, one of the worst neighborhoods in the city.

I would have thought San Francisco would be in the top 10...ya gotta watch your step all of the time while in the city...
