I do know darling that with Wiley I just could not manage on my own anymore and I was able to get health home care help. Wonfering and praying that you can get some help as well.

Yes it must be a sad time for you Taps . Dear old Ribcage , One would have thought it would have been easy to rejoin this site. I can remember many details of your interesting blogs. I am sure a lot of prayers are going to be sent. I just hope Ribcage is not in too much pain,take care.

You are a sweetie. Don't worry about me. I'm pretty sturdy for an old woman. His brothers have known for quite some time (even though he didn't really want me to tell them). Stephen and Phil are here often. Actually Stephen does a lot for us and Phil keeps us smiling. Phil loves his Uncle. Preacher is in FL and would come except Ribcage doesn't want him to, so he calls often and I relay what he says. Auntie Nila is a dear and she comes by quite often always bringing something tangible along with good cheer. It is the miriad of other relatives that he doesn't want to know how bad off he is. I think it is some kind of male pride but I'm just guessing since I'm not male.

So much for you to bear alone. I think you must tell his siblings and allow them to be with you. I am sorry beyond words. After so many years of reading one loves their friends dearly. Well I do anyway. tell Ribcage that I am praying for him and for all the family and I love him as though he was a family member. You know that I love you and am sending hugs from myself and from Wiley who would have been sending them himself if he could.

Glad you made it back, Taps. This place wouldn't be the same without you.
So sorry to learn that Ribcage is in such a miserable place, but I can relate to his decision to stick it out at home rather than at a hospital. I have a horror of being tubed and drugged up and put on a breathing machine. Stay safe and strong.

Welcome back. I have been around since 2003, but I left Blogit in 2007 to pursue other interests. I just recently came back about two month's ago. I was happy to see that they were still here. Thanks for the head's up on what it takes to get booted.
