Yes well when one is issued a ration book it kind of makes things easier for some.
Remember clothes coupons, a spiv offered me clothes coupons for several tinned foods.

A great post! For you who are buying all the soap and sanitizer to clean your hands, remember that no one else will have any and thus they will potentially infect you.
