This post is a very good reminder.   I think I will read some of those poems.  I'm looking forward to "...the time of the singing of birds..."   I watch a squirrel every day out my front window but he doesn't sing.  It's so quiet in the cold snow.

Well it would be nice to feel like she writes. To awaken the hidden joy in life is of course very special.

so corret that I ache to spend time away from the madding crowd. I do try but it keeps intruding on my retreat and dragging me back to pay bills, to buy groceries, to hear of Wiley enduring yet another fall.

She's one poet who sells whatever she writes, a sought-after professor.  This is rare in publishing, only a handful of poets actually make a living at it.

Unfortunately, I've never read her work, but I've read that she was a great poet, indeed.
