I am not surprised. They totally suck! I deal with them each year when my service need's renewed. I never know until I receive an astronomical bill that remind's me of such. Then, once I renew...we pay $179.00 per month for lackluster service that is interrupted by weather, Wifi issues, notices on our t.v. screen that interrupt's movies and shows, and God knows what else. We have called many times to ask for a reset. It helps for a minute, and then it is back to square one.

I have cut our viewing right down as well. Wiley can't understand the TV anymore so I just have the few channels that I like. i have saved us a lot of mney over the last couple of years.
