I think I've met all of these people! Once, long ago, I picked up the phone at my workplace and a lady blurted out, "How do you get there?" I had no idea what instructions to give her because I didn't know where she was to begin with. Another time I answered with a work-job greeting, and a woman asked point blank, "What do you want?" I reminded her that SHE was the one who called me.
