Once several years ago someone in the apartment above us poured someone's ashes off of the balcony over us on to the lawn below. I'm certain one is not supposed to do that, but once it is done, what could one do?

Well I knew someone who placed hubby's ashes beneath a large tree. She was amazed to find them still there when she visited the tree again.
