That's a clever idea you had there. I'll bet it was good. I enjoy a soup or stew from scratch and just had to get a new crockpot, so it will be fun to try new recipes.

I'm having trouble here wanting to cook or eat because Ribcage is to that point that he just can't eat anything and I feel guilty if I'm making good smelling food, or sitting around eating stuff that he can't. I did go out to eat with Sis on Saturday and we had a really good meal and a nice long visit. Your food sounds good. I can almost smell it clear across the state.
